Anoop is a Global Human Resources Leader, Leadership Coach, and an award-winning Entrepreneur. At present the VP of HR for Ford Motor Company of Australia and New Zealand, he has delivered exceptional business results saving millions of dollars across three continents and diverse portfolios of Engineering, Business Services and HR over thirty years.
Renowned for his vision and critical thinking, Anoop is at the forefront of the future of work, harnessing the power of technology, and combining multiple disciplines to tap into the unlimited inherent human potential to unlock inner work heroes and solve the complex challenges organisations face today in a fast-paced world.
As a lifelong learner, Anoop is a Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute, a Member of the Society of Automotive Engineers Australasia, and an International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentialed Associate Certified Coach (ACC). His qualifications across a diverse range of fields include a Master of Engineering, and post-graduate qualifications in Human Resources and Entrepreneurship & Innovation.
Anoop is the father of two girls and lives a life filled with purpose. He applies his values and holistic experience to lead with influence and grace as he comes alongside multi-billion-dollar organisations. As a mentor and coach, he helps leaders build impactful teams and deliver sustainable results.
